Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have as few as two days to have your applications in to your grant manager! All applications are due to the region by January 7, 2020, but the internal deadlines we know of are as follows:
- December 12, 2019: Baytown
- December 20, 2019: Galveston County
- December 27, 2019: Fort Bend County
- December 31, 2019:
- City of Houston
- Brazoria County
- Harris County
- Montgomery County
- City of Pasadena
If your jurisdiction is not listed above, contact your grant manager to be sure they do not have an internal deadline we are not aware of.
We want your application to have the best chance of success so make sure it gets in on time and complete, and take care to review the supplementary guidance documents (listed under “Supporting Documents”) if your application has technology, cyber for critical infrastructure, sUAS (drones), interoperable communications, ballistic protection, or video elements to it.
We have updated the budget worksheet to properly display pennies, so if you would like to you can download the updated budget worksheet off the 2020 UASI Grants page.
To make it easier for us to keep track of all the budget worksheets, please use this naming convention when you submit your applications to the region: FY2020 UASI Budget_Bomb Truck_COH where the filename ends with your jurisdiction’s name and is preceded by the project name.
